I remember back in 1986 Oklahoma smashed Missouri 77-0

Also back in 2003 they did the same against Texas A&M

Am I going to hear more about how amazing Illinois is? Or did Wisconsin just become a top 25 team?

Second win in a row at Camp Randall for Wisky. What's gotten into them besides playing for the coaches job?

I would love to give the Badgers credit for a great game but they have a true rookie QB who throws the ball sideways half the time and a running game which had not produced a 100 yard rusher all season. I would say Illinois special teams and Altmeyer’s inability to release the football on time were the keys yesterday. That big run helped too. Illinois and Washington are good wins for Wisconsin but more so because of how bad Wisconsin has become. It has been sad to watch but beating Bielema who has rocks where brains usually reside was a silver lining on an otherwise forgettable season.

call me crazy, but i think the moment Illinois lost to Indiana by 100 points they should have been permanently removed from the amazeballs category

    Fickell needs to go.

The Wisconsin leadership seems to be the only ones that havent figured that out. I dont think their Chancellor cares about football or sports, their AD doesnt seem to be worried about his job at all or he would have fired Fickell after the Lucas debacle

it's funny because the students and alumni hate the guy. He's roasted weekly in the college paper. The AD wants to give him more time, but it's not a program he's going to turn around anytime soon. No one in-state wants to play at Big Red anymore and they haven't had an identity in almost a decade.

Good to see Illinois move back into the top 25 which people predicted.

Oregon moves up to #5 in the polls. With 4 losses, I'm surprised the sec people dont have Missouri ranked.

I honestly would just clean house like LSU just did. Completely agree hes not the guy.

I actually would like to see them get better.

Despite poplar belief I would like to see the B!G get better top to bottom so we dont end up with teams that just arent that good ranked because they play there

Wisconsin should be better than this. I dont have high hopes for Nebraska or UCLA in the future but someone should be able to step up

Teams go through down periods. Look at Florida State and Florida. Bama wasn't very good before Saban arrived.

I remember those high scoring teams of Nebraska, Oklahoma in the 70's/80's.

Oklahoma vs Nebraska used to be such a heated rivalry, you threw the records out the window when they faced off

The actual quote is "Man Up And Vanished Like A Fart In The Wind" not the night.

"Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety," --- Benjamin Franklin
