Well, there aren't any green ones right now.
I also neglected to keep the sold status up to date, but it is fixed now (you may need to use the "refresh/reload" button when you bring up the page): moonlightmint.com/dc-coin_vintage_bullion_list.htm
The marking devices that I use are genuine antiques, or vintage from the 1980s or before.
For the most part, these devices were not originally intended for use on ingots.
But I have utilized them for this purpose.
Just got this one today.
I’m thinking it’s gotta be one of the 10 matte that Dan did, even though though the autographed insert says proof like finish.
This piece is medal- turn orientation, I’m wondering if anyone knows if they all were medal-turn, or is medal turn unusual for for this piece ⁉️
Thanks

That looks like one of the 10 "matte". They were created via post-strike bead-blasting. The insert indicates that it was struck as proof-like (and then matted).
The only way they’ll fix it is if enough people complain about it…..they aren’t to good on keeping up with population, and put silver, brass, nickel, and aluminum all in the same category , and the copper separately ‼️‼️😱😱😱
The lack of putting the different metals into different coin numbers makes the registry for them almost impossible. Drives me bonkers.
I only collect what appeals to me, never been a must have everything from every date collector.
When Dan issued his 2017 1/2 ounce 24k Clark Grubers using his two different obverse dies I had to own them. Plus I've had a front row seat to Pikes Peak for over a half century so they seemed a must have pair.
In addition, Daniel's use of crescent moon & eagle is my favorite recurring design that I needed in proof gold. I do love the crescent moon & owl too, but the gold eluded me. Why ? 2&1/2 24k planchet was more than I could muster financially yet now issue price has doubled due just to metal value. My Bad !

Happy Lucky 8-8 Friday !
Nice silver and copper medals by Dan were minted for the Madison County Coin Club. I picked up a couple of each.

There is a link to the club in another thread
Picked this one up last week, love the Merlin, 9 years old. ...21 made.

Still has some green and orange hologram that doesn't show in photos.
.
Did someone mention Merlins?
Nice one! I don't have that version...pretty rare from understanding.
