It’s definitely a tougher date especially with a sticker. The CAC pop for the date is only 33, 27 with stickers and 6 CACGs.

I found this 1845 raw on eBay early in my SLH collecting. The 1841 and 1848 took longer, in part because I didn't appreciate their scarcity when bidding. This 1845 EDS WB-4's beauty is questionable, but it hasn't slept with CAC yet.

This coin qualifies, though. She's a hottie.

Although dull appearing, this coin was gotten raw in a Euro auction. I will add pcgs true views.....

As per Todd. Does this one count?
A: The year they spend more on their library than their coin collection.

a few I've owned over the years, none reside in my collection anymore-

@Old_Collector I'm guessing that is your favorite commemerative also. Very nice group.

I haven’t posted this in awhile. I bought it maybe 15 years ago on the BST and have added a sticker. I saw one on GC yesterday that was graded higher but had a similar look.
Thanks. They are indeed, as a transplant Texan of 25 years, I had to have the 13 coin set in 67 mostly PCGS/CAC, although a couple are quite bright white and eventually I will find nice toned replacements to fit with the set. They really got me interested in the older commemoratives and I've picked up a couple of singles like the Spanish Trail and am looking at a few more.
@Old_Collector
In honor of your former home in Texas, out of my collection of Texas commems, here is my favorite. I wish my others were as pretty but sadly I think they are not. Anyway, it's graded MS67+.
And, while not Texas, I like my Hawaiian. So I guess I am posting this coin is in honor of anyone who lives or lived in Hawaii.
It's graded 66+.
