Most of my SLQ's are from long before TrueViews, but these two never got sent to PCGS way back when, and so they're pretty freshly graded and have pretty good images too

Edited to ask this question: Did NGC not designate Full Head on these earlier holders, or is this 1917 type 1 not full head or do you think in your opinion that this is not a full head specimen? I sent this coin into NGC through a dealer and we both thought it was a full head coin.5 -

Thank you for your response, @Clackamas1. I sent this to NGC back in the ‘89-‘90 years and have been told that NGC did not designate FH on their holders during those years, but never to this date have been able to see that in writing. I guess I’ll still keep asking. Thanks, Zack.
