Pictures are too fuzzy to tell precisely. I am unsure of MS65 or 66, but I will guess MS66RB.

I believe it’s wood grained as were many of the Indian and Lincoln cents coming out of the San Francisco mint that year. And as I’ve come to know, wood grain is the result of improperly mixed alloys.
