Thank God, not another scrubbed up compromised piece!

    Lovely.

Q: When does a collector become a numismatist?

A: The year they spend more on their library than their coin collection.

A numismatist is judged more on the content of their library than the content of their cabinet.

I hold heatedly agree it is as natural and original and fine enough in grade to go in your keeper side of your collection

Helluva coin, the Draped Bust Dollar market has been on a heater lately. Very difficult to secure the nice collector grade coins like this. Centered, hammer strike, distraction free fields, and a charming circ cameo look with original surfaces? The only real problem with this coin...is that it's not mine! :p

    Congrats!

@ALaura22 - Mike, That’s a super attractive well-struck, centered Bust Dollar with nice original crusty surfaces! πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘

It’s got a lot of meat left on it for an XF-40! πŸ˜‰

Thanks for sharing the photos with us! πŸ˜ƒ
