2021 penny error or damaged? Should I get it graded?

Should I get this 2021 penny graded? Is it an error penny, or is it damaged? Or both?

Just badly damaged. There is no possible way that could have happened during the striking of the coin.

PMD and do not submit for grading.

Looks like PMD, a case of parking lot fightning. I would not send ir to a TPG. I might just put it back into circulation.

Spend it before the zinc starts rotting.

Just curious if this is a error dime or not?

Do not piggyback on another posting, especially when it has nothing to do with the original post.
Not only does this cause confusion, but the heading reads 2021 cent and people would just bypass
your listing. Also please do not use screen shots, they are too pixilated to see fine detail.
A complete photo of the reverse would help but from what I can see from partial photos, the reverse
of your coin seems to be ground down. Better and complete photos would help in verifying this.
