20 years on the Boards, where does time go? I don't know, but .... A WINNER

Today is my 20 year anniversary here on these Boards. 20 years!? $500 gold, single-digit silver, the Wild West days of ebay, CAC who?, a Blackberry and a landline, TV from a cable company, and AI meant Action Items. :) Where does time go?

These Boards are priceless. The wealth of knowledge here, the willingness of members to share that knowledge, and the diversity of thought have all provided a great opportunity to learn. For that I am grateful. Thank you fellow members, and thank you PCGS.

Oh, did I say something about a giveaway? Just respond to this thread, and include the number of whole years you have been a member, and I will draw a name from those responses sometime Wednesday evening, April 23rd to determine the winner of the coin below.

Take care all.

If we were all the same, the world would be an incredibly boring place.

Tommy

24 years. A bit longer actually as PCGS migrated to a new format/board and we all had to kind of start over again.

Similar to @MFeld, please do not enter me in the giveaway, but I have been here through at least three major board revisions and am one of the folks who dates back to the 1990s (though all of us have "joined" dates from late February, 2001 when PCGS reset everything on the boards to zero and we had to rejoin).

I've been a registered member for five and a half years.

I used to simply come here and read, and read and read for many, many years before that. I would venture a guess that I've been accessing the information on these boards for close to 16 or 17 years now.

I don't have much to contribute but I sure do eat up all the information y'all can provide.

I am so very appreciative and eternally grateful for the wealth of knowledge y'all have bestowed upon me.

I have no way to verify this but I would venture a guess that there are many more people like me who decide to not register as a member but simply open up the website and read voraciously and gain an immeasurable amount of knowledge from you kind people.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart, I truly appreciate this place more than most of you could ever imagine.

Should I win your contest please give the prize to a YN.

Time flies without a doubt, 22 years here. Might I add that although I've never met any of my fellow forumites I do consider many more trustworthy and wise than folks I've known for 50 years.
P.S. no need to enter me in your generous giveaway.

I'm another that had to move over from the old board. Feb 24, 2001. I can't remember how long the old board was running.
It's been fun. I was banned once but they were kind enough to let me return after a day or so. Lesson learned. Never call someone an idiot.
