Assuming you know that they used women to play the Talosians in the pilot. They wanted big heads with tiny bodies and didn't get the look they wanted with men..

Wow, I had no idea. Thanks for the trivia facts. The giant heads definitely weirded me out.
There should a grade higher than a 10 for that card...wow! That's off the grading scale.
Color, registration and centering are stunning...perfect dark background, too! Here is
a recently graded 10 in the current Heritage Auction sitting at $19k with 2 weeks to go...you be the judge.
Look at the registration difference in his face...as well as the overall colors.

Yes, Steve has always taken great care with the Breaks including impeccable shipping at the end. There have been some great Break organizers from CU that have mad skills in keeping things clear, concise and well put together.

I suspect Steve would help us with a break. It’s the insane lift that organizing one presents as the obstacle. Kudos to all the guys who helped me build my collection over the years.

I agree - a ton of my pack collection is from breaks. They were so much fun.
Doing one now could be hard to fill on certain things. A 1975 mini box would be $333 per pack now. When I first joined up here, we were getting them for $30-ish dollars. Of course, that was not long after the Charlie Conlon's hoard was released. I still have a death grip on my FASC box.

Rickeys and Montanas are some of the funnest cards to hunt, but they are TOUGH to get in 9s (or higher). Finally hit a Montana PSA 9 a couple weeks ago... although I thought it'd get a 7 or 8 when I sent it in 😬, was 2nd card from top of a grocery cello.

That is an awesome box to have. I hit a nice 1975 mini Jim Rice rookie. I have to send it in for grading but I think it will grade a PSA 8+.

Nice, I recall opening a few 81 Topps packs from a CU Group rip and hitting a Joe Montana, OC too but still always a thrill.
It was a great Group Break!! It would be fun to do another sooner than later for sure!!

Chris thats one awesome card i can see in a 9 or 10 holder depends on grader. I could live with it in a 10 if the backs as hot as the front

Chris' is a high end 10...Superior to the assigned grade of 10 (which it should be when submitted)!
The color and clarity on that Ryan added about 20MPH to his fastball.

1966 Topps FB -and Hockey patterned after 1955 Bowman BB - then in 1970 (Test), 1971 (regular issue) recycled for Topps Brady Bunch.
Regardless of the issue its a great looking design even if higher grade cards are difficult.

Wishing you a Namath or a nice looking checklist. The funny checklist (card #15) seems to be the best card after the Namath.
