Somebody named Hy helped me thru email to get my sets updated.
I just received several emails from Hy and he was very helpful in my removal request and also updating some certs that were not in my sets. Just for fun, I clicked on the activity page and for the first time in months it actually loaded!! Hopefully this is a step in the right direction in getting the website issues fixed.
The Activity page is still not working for me (MANY months now) on my iPad, and I will not be home until late today to try on my Windows Chrome Desktop. But I’m not optimistic.
Steve
A day without fine wine and working on your coin collection is like a day without sunshine!!!
It is several weeks now -if not months- that activity page is not working, creating frustration to all of us.
But it is not only this, they are not updating timely the existing sets with the newly released coins, they are only adding new sets without however having yet updated the page indicating the deadline, etc for 2025 awards, there is no reference to 2024 pins and generally the site seems as if it has been left unattended.
I cannot believe that they are not interested to resolve the issues but on the other hand if they were seriously and genuinely trying, it cannot take so long. And most importantly I would expect an official communication from PCGS around this. In the same way they are informing us about the upcoming events or the new offices, they could have made a statement also about this.

UPDATE:
I had some free time today (that was a joke since all my days are free)
I have two computers in my office, one I always use for my coins and other things but the other one I never used for coins. I went to my other computer, the one I never use for coins and logged into PCGS, put in my user name and password and I was in
I then brought up MY SETS. I then clicked on the 3 vertical lines on the left and it opened another window. I then clicked on the activity link and guess what.................it opened!!!!! The first time in about 4 months. I was able to see the page and not that OPPS sign.
I didn't do anything other than open the link to PCGS and log in
THEN, I went back to my other computer and opened the PCGS page which I always have saved and never close. Guess what, now the activity page opens
Was it me??? Was it them???
Right now I don't have any coins waiting to add since Emilio fixed the last one so I don't know if the whole system works or not
Just letting everyone know, hope this can help someone else out
What "3 vertical lines" are you referring to? What browser? No luck for me trying any of this.
Yes they are horizontal, my bad. I guess I got so excited that it worked!
I don't know why it worked, Im using Chrome
Why it worked ... You went to a new computer that did not have saved cookies and cache. Why it then suddenly worked on the old computer is open to discussion .

That cannot be the only explanation, as i cleared the cookies and cache on my Desktop (Windows 10, Chrome), and other than that making things more difficult for me to log in to other sites, it had NO improvement on the broken "Activities" page for me.

Like Steve I cleared my cookies and cache on the 1st computer and it had no results. I still wasn't able to access the activivty page. That's when I went to my other conputer to log in to PCGS and clicked on the page and it opened. I then went to my 1st computer and just for kicks I clicked on the page and it opened....................Beats me why............
Still working

Steve - @alaura22 used a different computer with no historical data (cookies & cache) related to the PCGS website. That is the material difference between that success and your lack of success just "clearing" cache on the same computer (which is a ROYAL pain in the ass and I refuse anytime some help tech associate suggests I do that).

Understood, but I’m not going to buy a new computer for this, even though having access to the Activity page is critical for good use of the Registry. This is something that PCGS IT needs to fix, and it’s so embarrassing of them, and a poor reflection showing a negative attitude towards collector’s that they have chosen to allow this function to remain broken for many of us for so many months!
This is NO reflection on Emilio and @PCGS_Hy in Set Registry, who are not IT people. I’m convinced they’ve passed this request on, but just ended up spitting into the wind, like the rest of us!

I had the same issue for months, only an error message with the Activity page then it started working again. This was only for a short time as soon as in requested 2 coins to be removed from someone's sets the error message returned. This appears to be a ongoing problem with the software.
I withdraw my positive reactions from before ... both MS Edge and Firefox will not work - still their "OOPS" page
Even after responding with 3 contacts each - using both their contact Customer service forms and using their Customer service email - I have yet to receive any response other than the "No-reply email "note back thanking me. How can a firm turn a "Net Promoter" as I have been into a "Net detractor". ( Anyone filling in surveys in the past 10 years will know what that means) . Well PCGS registry has done. I am sticking with NGC registry and Mycollections as my primary sources now going forward.

I have a suggestion
The next time a friend or family member comes to visit have them bring there lap top. Then when in your house using your wifi have them go the the PCGS website and then use your log in.
Thie MIGHT free up your computer without having to purchase another computer which would be crazy

Today my "Report a cert that should match this set" screen does not work.
That hasn't worked for more than a month with absolutely no concern or effort to fix it on the part of PCGS in spite of dozens of requests from several people.
