Zack - I think that’s absolutely MS. It’s kind of a shame that they instituted this “all PR” as a policy decision. I seem to recall the graders were having some difficulty grading MS vs PR.
I heard but haven’t verified CACG was going to grade MS when warranted.

Ken thank you so much for your thoughts concerning my question on whether the coin pictured is a proof or business strike. I always wondered since I didn’t really see much if any mirrors in the “proof “ surfaces. I know the S-3 die marriage is pretty rare and was part of the original 1856 coinage struck for congressional approval, but are all the business strikes rare? Thanks Zack,

At MS64 it was hard to pass up, ANA was very conservative with this one compared to the market today.
