Set Registry

Is anyone else having issues getting in touch with set Registry - I have been trying for 2 weeks, Phone q is always full. I have been trying to get a couple graded coins released from previous registry owner so I can add to mine with no luck. I sent an email to the set registry mailbox but no response or action taken. I also note that the instructions regarding this are to 'click the Upload button' directly next to the Pending Removal Request on your Set Registry Activity Page' - OK, where the heck is that, I certainly can't find it. Beyond frustrated with the lack of response from the Set Registry area. Getting a hold of PCGS via the 'regular' phone line is just as impossible (got 1 call back after leaving 5 messages for help).

This message board/forum is filled with tons of identical reports. One reasonable workaround is available, if you're dealing with an NFC-encoded slab, you can add it via the mobile app's "Scan NFC" function - it bypasses the 'human' step within PCGS, by having its own verification that the physical coin is in your physical possession. IF the coin is in an NFC holder (I think all relatively recent PCGS holders have it) you've got probably 95% chance of it adding correctly, immediately. (there's been an odd case or two where it hasn't detected the coin, for whatever reason.

Seriously though, this needs to be a "Sticky" since it is such a recurring/constant plague -- I'm sure nobody would mind if they replaced the "Vote for your favorite digital album" reminder...
I called PCGS and used their call back option. I received a call back 4 hours later, my issue was adding a coin that should be in my set and an inability for me to add the new coin to an established set. The call taker told me that the set registry is being worked on to correct problems. No other explanations but the issue is known by PCGS.
called again today at 10am (7am Pacific) - automated message, "..there is no one here to take your call.." and then an option to leave a message - called again 2 hours later, same message. I see no point in leaving a recorded message as I'm starting to think that the Set Registry area has no employees. A few years ago, you could call and actually speak with someone, guess that's just not the case anymore. Meanwhile, my recently purchased PCGS slabbed coins continue to be in their former owner(s) registry(ies) since I can get no assistance from PCGS in removing them from prior owner so I can add to my set registry.

I read that others have problems with this page and so you might also.
Not sure I am interpreting your question correctly, so if this does not help then ignore.
After sending the removal request when trying to add an item, then go to Activity (page) by selecting the menu icon (3 horizontal bars in upper left). On this page should be the removal request. I don't have any so can't show them but below is the page. The upload button should show next to the listed removal request sent. I clicked the ? to show the instructions.

Not everyone has the Activity page working. For many of us, most of PCGS pages don't load/error out.

Hmmm... I thought that is what I stated in my comment with:
I read that others have problems with this page and so you might also.
But just in case Horatio62 does not have problems (like me) I thought I would give them some information that might help.

1ST off, welcome
A few questions for you
Did you try and add the coins to the registry and get the message that the coin was already registered and then send a request to have it removed?
If so, has it been 3 days?
If so, do you have the coin in hand so you can take photos of it front and back sitting on a piece of paper with the date on it. ( I have a piece of paper that I put the coin on with todays date on it)
If you have the photos and it's been more than 3 days you can go to the activity page , open it and in the removel request section it should have your request showing. There is a box on the right that you can click on to upload the 2 photos of your coin
Let me know if this works and if you need more help just ask here
