The basement Bar - top will be a thick slab of Walnut.
Very nice. I have flooring that looks nearly identical to that in look/size/color my bar/pool table area in my basement.
My bar area is great but very narrow & completely different than what you have going on.
Would love to see the final product. I have many questions like:
1) how many fridges or ice makers or keg-o-rators?
2) thick glass shelving with or without mirrors for storing liquor?
3) I would have expected a bar top with the ability to put your PSA slabs gems from your pack breaks instead of solid walnut - LOL
4) What's the cut-out door lead to in the middle of the pic & why is there a wood inset?
Hello. The cut out is for bottles. There will be two glass shelves installed.
My apologies for effectively going back a bit on this thread, but I have a question regarding the binders you purchased.
Had you included the "soft" graded-card pages and related zippered binders in your search (like those you see on Facebook or Amazon) or just the "clamshell" type pages?
Right now, I am using a Zion case for a 60 card set, but have considered a binder. There are binders with flexible pages that indicate they would hold 60 cards - 10, 6-card pages). Eventually, i would have the same decision to make for a player run or a team set.

I originally ordered soft page binders from PREZA but all were defective in that the pages had a black hue stain on them. I returned them all for a refund and then ordered the clamshell style.

If they hadn't had the hue, do you think you would have kept them? Or, did you also not like the feel of the pages with the slabs in them?

I appreciate the response.
I thought they were nice and might order a couple some day if I know the quality issue has been fixed.
The older I get the more I enjoy Star Trek (watched the original series and movies they were great). When I was young (up to 25-30 years old) found it so boring but now I feel the complete opposite. I still have a lot of Star Trek to watch and looking forward to it.
waste a card on an umpire. just my opinion a more deserving common player could have been printed.
Umpires used to be respected and a part of baseball lore. It would be interesting to see if MLB implements the robot-umps someday, will cards be made for the machines which call balls and strikes?
Then how come in that Casey at the Bat poem they shouted "Kill the Umpire!" At least in that Death on the Diamond movie were all those players got murdered...no one tried to kill the ump!

Maybe you don't quite understand blatant sarcasm. But, that's ok. Carry on.

It's the singer not the song - Peter Townshend (1972)
I opened this 1976 Topps Box a while back and have some grades now
I absolutely LOVE that set.
Thanks.

A PSA 6 geez they are tough that easily looks like an 8.
NFL: Buffalo Bills & Green Bay Packers
Difficult card to find centered and this one looks great t/b and l/r

Not knowing the surface, if you look at the corners, it is def a 7 at best.

How was the condition of the Trek stickers UFF?
Not too snazzy.
My wife can do that…but not me.
How profound that so many years before their existence, the trading card business was already predicting the emergence of PSA graders.

My late wife would've loved this Star Trek set as she was a big time Trekkie...though she was more Next Generation (TNG)

Awesome cards! ST is one of my favorites.
These look very sharp!
Good luck on your vending boxes from Heritage!!
Chris, we’re waiting for the 9s. LOL
Thanks,

1985 Topps Football (starting in psa 8) - #9 - started 05/21/06
I bet that was a fun, nostalgic, rip.
Dang, PSA just not giving out 9's anymore!
Nice room Chris.
If I did not know better I would say the bad guy in that last Star Trek card was Ted Cassidy (Lurch) feom the Addams Family,

He was a big dude - Captain Kirk battled him with this huge pink weapon of mass destruction....

Captain, is that a phaser in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?
@lahmejoon - LMAO
