    Holy Crud!

I've just spent the last two hours going through this thread and recorded each of the coins that I posted to keep it going. So, perhaps later today I will look through my images and see if there are other pieces that might want to join the thread. As an aside, it appears @CoinJunkie hasn't been on the site in over two years. I hope everything is okay and that this is simply a break from internet numismatics for CJ.

This seems like a highly worthy thread to bump.

This is my version of the same Judd ... right or wrong many years ago without much thinking I sent it to PCGS for a new holder only ( A Newer Secured type). I recall it had a cracked corner. I did not think about trying for an upgrade nor did I send it back to CAC for a new sticker when it came

@TomB that '32-D looks gold sticker worthy from here. Nice coin!

You're not kidding about the similarities in these coins, @oreville. They definitely appear related. Nice coin!

Did these 1932-D quarters ever come in rolls back in the day? I do not recall ever seeing them in rolls back in the 1960's or 1970's . Yet these two quarters look like they were two peas from the same pea pod?

Time for another meet and greet. We have not met in years!

I once purchased a roll of 1932 WQs from a well known, extremely knowledgable and respected numismatist whom we both know very well. I received the roll from him in a decrepit, decaying bank-type roll and we both thought it was from the time of issue. I paid up for the roll and the coins were uniformly toned or oxidized throughout the body with the end pieces being a bit different and the reeded edges all being the most deeply colored. I sold that roll perhaps 20+ years ago and have never seen another.

So, perhaps the 1932 branch mint WQs might also have been available in original paper rolls, even if that quantity might have been extremely limited.

@Lakesammman didn't that 1872 IHC get regraded with a new holder? If I am wrong then I am thinking about another, similar coin.

Here is a rare "MS60". Apparently the only one in this thread and perhaps the only OGH MS60 left in existence ?
