Grade schooler Kaya has chosen to open her selected wrapped gift that she pulled from the pile and then it becomes kindergartener Kenzo’s turn to steal his siblings gift or select one of his own.

In recent years we have included the popping of English Poppers as part of our Christmas tradition. This year, in addition to the paper hats and riddles, we discovered poppers that included hand bells.
Each popper had a hand bell with a different note and the set included a paper with a selection of songs and a set of stick on numbers. Reading the numbers on the song sheet and then pointing a baton at the person wearing the corresponding stickon number, the conductor began the effort.
Watch as our young conductor directs us in performing a Christmas Carol. See if you can identify it.
In past years we popped English Poppers to find windup reindeers inside which would then be wound-up and raced. This year we located a variety of Christmas character windup toys.
The initial race rounds have been completed and now it is the playoff for the winner. Watch as the windup snowman beats out the competition.
A nice Christmas Surprise finding my donated Snow Blower repurposed by the Outdoor Boys. As just posted by Outdoor Tom of the Outdoor Boys on his sub channel, I was pleased to learn that the Snow Blower I had donated was successfully repaired as chronicled in a YouTube video that has already garnered over 1.2 million views.

Each Christmas party guest finds a hand bell surprise in their English Christmas Poppers. Each hand bell is tuned to a different note
Watch as the assembled guests ring their bells to provide the.instrumentation to which they join together in chorus to sing “We Wish You a Merry Christmas.”
