1884 O Morgan Silver Dollar - Guess the grade. - GRADE REVEALED

This was part of a large group lot I purchased. I though this was a very nice strike with a a ton of luster.
What do you think PCGS gave this?

Then I noticed the cap (is there an issue there?) and reverse rim top half of the coin.0 -
I think it should be a 63. They probably graded it a 64.

Update:
PCGS gave this a ms65. I feel like the grade is accurate. The date is notorious for weak strikes and low luster, and this coin has frosty surfaces and tons of luster. It is very close to prooflike, but not there yet. The flash photography makes the hits look much worse than in hand.0 -
Forgot to guess the other day. Yes, 64 seems spot on.

While there are many such coins, it is not at all hard to find well-struck and brilliant examples. PL and DMPL examples are plentiful.

65, wow, never would have guessed that. Nice strike & luster but baggy for a 65. I have better 63's that that coin.
