I have always loved the clash on this coin. You can see the “D” in Dollar behind the nose, and the bottom of the “1” in the date in front of the forehead, not to mention the wreath and head outlines on their opposite sides. Good thing for this high-res TrueView so I can actually see it.
Nothing is as expensive as free money.

I didn't think there were any bad Clashes. All Clashes to me are good but I'll look for some bad ones.

I have always been on the lookout for a really nice full Morgan clash.
I've got a few partial clashed Morgan's but it would be cool to find a really detailed one.Student of numismatics and collector of Morgan dollars

I have this nickel 3c piece in my 7070, in addition to the nice clip it has very strong clashed dies. The picture is small but you can see the bold clash on the reverse.
This coin isn't mine but the worst clash I can recall seeing is on this Civil War Token, I would assume the clashing is also what caused the obverse die to shatter.

The "Bugs Bunny" die clash occurred on several dates of the Franklin Half Dollar so it would be hard to guess the date of this specific coin.

There is a 1965 SMS dime with a pretty good die clash. I have one but don't have a picture handy.

Here is another example on a Fugio Cent graded MS65BN. I think clashes were common on that series.

Some nice examples! I don't have any photos handy, but have recently found a few Standing Liberty quarters (circulated) that have the 'E' from E PLURIBUS UNUM on the obverse, as well as parts of the eagle tail. The 'E' varieties appear to occur in several dates, and some can be very strong. Also found one with a strong 'M' from AMERICA.
One of the 'E' varieties is shown in the Cherrypicker's Guide, but can be found in additional dates.
