Link, please? I’d like to make PCGS and CAC aware of it.

That’s ballsy. I don’t know what kind of legal teams CAC and PCGS have on retainer, but I imagine there will be some cease and desist letters headed in this seller’s direction.

Let’s see how long this lasts.
I saw the listing yesterday doing a Pcgs Kennedy search.
Did not like the looks of the coin or the description of it.

Here I thought it was about PCGS putting blue beans on CACG coin slabs. Oh well!

Listing says graded by PCGS in the item details.

This is an ebay listing violation and can be reported to ebay for removal. ;)

Seller has lousy feedback and is selling a 55/55 Lincoln that is not the double die.

CAC should really consider CACing Carl’s CACs.

It's being run up the flagpole at CAC, so I'd imagine Carl will be getting a Communique Asking Cessation Phrased Coolly Good & Soon.

Could I not be "Pacific Coast Grading Service"?

I think it is more an attempt to show up in searches than to pretend to be PCGS.

You'd think they would have at least put up a fake website.

    Interesting.

Carl shows creativity, temerity, audacity, brashness, stupidity and insanity..............................., all at the same time.

If his receipt of one or more cease and desist letters (or emails, since written and mailed letters are heading into the dustbin of history) is does not persuade Carl to actually cease and desist, then legal action may be taken against Carl.

Perhaps you can be Pacific Coast Grading Service, but you most certainly cannot in any way refer to yourself as PCGS

I was OK with it all until I saw the word “curated”. I always flee when I see that term.

    Mark,

If you had contacted ebay directly, you would have been blasted by ebay once again?
