Wow. That is definitely some awesome color. A minor rim ding on the obverse. What is up though with the reverse around united. Since it's a "guess" the grade, I'll jump on a limb and guess Unc details.

While I already posted my guess, I had considered guessing MS68. But I couldn’t get past the rim issues on each side. I suppose I should have, especially considering the challenge that it would be impossible to guess correctly.

I don't have much experience with Kennedy's. So I'll say MS67+
That reverse has been scraped with a sander (or something along that line). Letters in “United” have metal shaved all the way to the flat part of the planchet. How could this even remotely have the chance of a straight grade?

I can’t tell what the specific issue is with the reverse rim, but the coin appears to deserve a details-grade. Yet, if that had been the outcome, I doubt that this thread would exist.😉

It is not a tapered planchet because the “damage”/weakness is only on 1 side

If the planchet was damaged you would see the scratches below the letters, the scratches are on top of the letters.
That would indicate it was scratched after it was stuck.
Also in the low part of the U on the inside you can see displaced metal or a slight burr.
