Typical obverse weakness. Reverse a little better. Luster is there which helps grade. Obverse fields look clean but the spot in front of liberty's head, libertys arm is pretty chewed up as well as the hight points of her dress and head.

All that said... luster is coruscating...
    MS 65+/66

Or a really nice AU58 lol

I don't know the grade, but it appears to have very clean fields and great luster. I like it!

But it’s in an NGC case you know that’s at least a seven. Just squint your eyes and look at it again.

I can not really grade from that image, but it appears to be an attractive piece without any noticeable distractions, nice luster and a better than average strike for this notoriously weak issue.

I'll go 65, nice luster! Agree with Pursuit, these are usually flat as a pancake, and yours is better!

Booming luster and pretty clean overall.
I’m concerned about the chatter and breaks in the high points of the obverse running down the arm/hand, hip and down the thigh. I’ve had that issue ding me in the past on this series.
That said, I’m going 64 or lower. I hope I’m wrong.
    Great coin!

This date and mint usually comes with weak central details.

    I'd give it a 65.

If this is graded correctly then I have 40 AU58's that need serious re-review.

I was thinking a strong gem by first impression.
