Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?
Here’s a red ‘61 proof set. The early-60s proof sets occasionally tone red in OGP. I have a couple of dozen pieces I’ve cut & saved over the years and I thought it’d be neat to create a red proof set. The right half of this Jefferson is red although I’ve had difficulty capturing that.
Well, it's a Capital holder but not being used for what it was intended for. I have the 2020-W quarter series in this State Quarter holder. I wish they would make one for the 2019 and 2020 West Point quarters.

I picked this up a while back. My goal is to fill it someday. I couldn't pass it up when I came across it.
I remember when these Kingswood holders came out and always thought it was maybe the best way ever done to organize a type set. Nice looking coins!
Wow!
That nickel is out of this world.

On the contrary, Google is not your friend.
The smoothness of the proof Franklin is superior to all other examples too.
