Hello, Anybody know if this die clash will be recognized by pcgs as a variety?
Thanks

Do you know why that is?
Is a die clash a variety? I’ve always thought of them as a kind of die state.
Superb collections are built more by omission than by addition.
It’s cool looking even if it doesn’t get a variety designation. I like how you can read EDITH backwards like that on Washington’s ear area. It might get a good premium if you sold it on eBay.

I think it's a keeper due to the strong clash elements. IMO. If the majors won't, maybe ICG would. Good luck. Peace Roy

Here is the list of varieties that PCGS recognizes, if this was to fall under any category it would be the last selection the cherry pickers guides. However, this coin is too new to be included in any of the cherry pickers guides that PCGS uses. Maybe in 50 years.

Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
Thank you all for the input, much appreciated
Could also check if ANACS would designate it.

Not my coin but pcgs does recognize this as a

clashed die.
OP: Nice clash...

There were a lot of issues with the Kanakaole's.
