There are lots of ABBA cards out there, and some take a lot of effort to find. But yes, those beautiful women had a vocal synergy that put the band over the top.

    Their music just hits differently.

Wow! Seriously? That's an incredible find. If I had have found that some years ago I probably couldn't have helped myself and would have ripped it open long before now! Great will power pays off. Curious, how long have you owned it? Did you send it in yourself?

Only Gem Mint example that exists. There are no PSA 10's & no BGS 9.5 or 10's. Bought raw on Ebay for $75.

Only 3 Platinum Medallion Nomar's have been graded by PSA - a 6, 7 & this 8. 1998 Platinum Medallion's are hot - a PSA 8 Pedro Martinez PM just sold for over $500. Glad I bought this one raw when I did.

How about for real pop 1's (cards stamped 1/1 don't count)...like that's the only copy of that card ever graded/known to exist! Or at the very least, maybe a really old really rare card that's never gotten higher than say, a PSA 3 or 4.

Believe it or not this 1985 card fits your bill. There’s only two known to exist as of now and the other one is authentic so not even a PSA 1.

This guy doesn’t sign anymore and a 65 year old Pittsburgh collector who has every single one of his cards signed is still missing two.

Here is one of them. He wants it, but no way am I parting with it. 100% irreplaceable.

Probably a PSA 4/5 when graded.

Not all PSA 10s.... but top grades, POP1 and none higher. Topps used horrible card stock for the 2009 Topps UFC Round 1 rookie autos.... those BGS 8.5/10 grades are the 2 tops grades... both POP 1

This guy followed me from Detroit to LA, he did pretty good on the West Coast. #24/25. 11 have been graded - 7 by BGS (5 BGS 9.5) and 4 by PSA. I sold most of my Stafford collection after his Super Bowl win for big $$$. I probably should have sold this one as well but as a life long Lions fan, I couldn't do it. I track this card to see if another shows up but so far this is still a pop 1.

Like this? These were stapled to a package with a cookie, so anything higher than a "1" probably not happening unless someone has one from before it was attached.

Yep; now those are the cards I find the most interesting. These are truly for real rare birds, not just "rare" because it has a little number on a label above it or a 1/1 stamp on it.

Well, this one should be right up your alley. I was told years ago that this postcard existed but would NEVER find one. Being as OCD as I am, I was able to acquire this one.
This is the only black and white Don Wingfield ever graded by PSA, not just the only Killebrew, the only one of any player.

LOVE this thread. Random semi-related question: Despite having collected for years, I realized today that I don't know the difference between Spec Pop and Total Pop. Can anyone clarify?

This comes into play when there is more than one variation of a card. For example, the 1972 baseball set had the four Cubs green letter variations:

So in this case, the spec# population (57) is the population of the more common yellow letter variation in PSA 9, while the total population (70) contains both the green and yellow variants in PSA 9.
