PO01 slabbed coins are scarce, and there is a sector of collecting that seek these coins. Cheers, RickO

I really like this PO01, acquired it on BST. 🙂

No date is a problem for a true lowball.

Apparently it's a true low ball at ANACS. which straight graded this as a no date.

However, it no dates are not straight graded at PCGS.

100% not true. ANACS slabbed it as a no date. They didn't slab it as a "low ball".. The TPGs also slab details coins. The premium generally comes from registry participation which a no date (or derails) cannot accomplish.

The reason poor 1 matters is because of how hard it is to get a straight grade coin with a date at that grade. People do not pay a premium for dateless coins. They are common. They pay a premium for straight grade, dated poor coins.

Why is everyone in attack mode?

I think this is the most interesting comment on this thread. :D

Why? I don't generally "attack" anyone. I'll argue with people who argue with me, but I rarely jump on people for their posts, even the parking lot finds.
