Seller only has six previous sales, and one of the feedbacks is for a different 1922 removed mint mark.

    Yes. The obverse is way too “nice.”

    Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals.     There was nothing distinctive. Just a normal coin with strong IN GOD WE that cannot be in a Die Pair #2. Mint mark skillfully removed and the mint mark area retoned, possibly long ago.
