Hi everyone.
Just got this from REA today.
Happy then disappointed.
Described as circa 1920s.
But the tax stamp is Series 115.
They started marking tax stamps as "series" in 1932 with #102.
So Series 115-102 = 13 + 1932 = 1945 (why they went to this? Who knows)
Contacted REA today for consideration.

They're from the Topps web "Throwback Thursday" set
I like the fact that the print run is 1880 - just think compared to how many are printed that go in packs.
Thanx Monte - I'm sure they'll take the return. There's a big difference between a 40s and 20s pack in terms of rarity IMO.

That is a heck of a pickup - looks much higher than the grade.
Not a "star", but screams 1950's baseball.
Thank you! Both right corners are beat up (EX-ish) and the back is OC (doesn't bother me much), but the centering is tough to find for that card. And the focus and colors are just screaming on this one! One of those cards where I was worried I overpaid, then I get it in hand...and WOW.
The only pleasant surprise in my most recent sub.....

You really can't go wrong buying this card. One of the best card photos ever.
I picked up my first Cracker Jack card and a HOFer to boot. Freddie goes nicely into my Pirates collection.

1952 Wheaties Otto Graham action pose.
I had been looking for a nicely cut example for quite a while. I can see blue all the way around. Card surface looks flawless except maybe chipping or flaking in the lower left edge.

1976 Topps Dennis Eckersley rookie. Has a wrinkle in the top right corner that wasn’t evident from the listing, but for $15 I’m not mad. I wanted a card with good color registration, centering, and no big print dots at the bottom so I’m happy. If he had just put down the bottle he may have been a great starter, but I guess it all worked out in the end.
Added another Harper auto and little bit of a oddball
