    I’m looking for a new direction for a collection. Thought about merc’s but I’m a$25-$100 each kinda guy. These might just be the ticket 🤓

    Thanks! Not working on a Rosie set at the moment, I just like to buy nice examples when I see them. All of those coins (minus the one from Jim) were purchased raw.

    This is a 63 proof I recently acquired. I know there are many DDRs for this date but this doesn’t look like any of the known varieties I’ve seen. Makes me think it might not be a DDO but MD instead. Unless it’s obvious I have a hard time distinguishing between the two. I know the pics are terrible. Makes the coin look awful too. Best I could do with my phone.

    Here is a 1955-S Roosevelt dime with a die cud on the reverse rim at 12' O'clock. I found 8 like this in an original bank roll.

    I originally bought this in 2015 or 2016 at FUN in an NGC 68 holder for my 1950-1964 Toned Proof Registry Set. I did not think it was a 68 so I was happy to cross it over to PCGS to get a True View. In 2018, I sold all of my toned proofs. Fast forward a few years and there are a few I wouldn't mind having back. This one became available last week and I picked it up.
