Both are MS - the one on right, recently graded, on left is PCGS old green holder
Provide two grades, one for right and one for the left coin.

The reverse has a bit of light reflection that is not on the coin but from the capsule.

Are you certain you have the correct right-left designation for the coins? The OGH certified coins did not have the prong gasket that you are showing on the left...

I'm going 64 on the prong holder, 63 on the other one. Although it would not surprise me if both were 64.

I would suspect the prong is better in grade, based on the strike, especially the reverse, but also overall, and also the rim cuts on the no prong.
I can't grade Peace Dollars from images well, but let's go with prong = 64, no prong = 62

I did make a mistake - the OGH is on the right - my bad.

Most seem to agree the coin on the left is the higher grade … so appreciate your expertise on this.
I'd also say both are 64.

I have no idea. I do love the Peace dollars, specially the 21s.
My guess, the guesses will historically vary widely and wildly.
OP, I suspect if you would not have noted this is “MS” we would have seen some AU guesses!

The '21 is a different beast though, and I think they're pretty hard to grade from photos.

Ummm ... I thought I spelled it out. Strike and rim issues. Could it be higher. Sure. Probably is based on that comment.
But, just so you know, based on the Reverse strike, which looks like wear, I would have said 58 had I not known that it was MS (by your account).

The left prong holder has color change in Liberty’s hair which suggests wear, but I’m guessing its the lighting and I’ll go 64 on it.

hard to make out the luster but both look to have surfaces and strike of 63.5 & 63 ish respectively. The glimmer of luster will dictate if it goes up or down from there. Agree with @Type2 with 64 (no plus) and 62 as the one on the right looks dull (from an old dip) with a mushy Rev while the one on the right looks to have pop and a better strike w/less frost disturbances.

That’s the beauty of grading. Everyone is correct!
Left = 64 (min marks, good rev luster can be seen)
Right = 62 (flat dull, over dipped as others have stated)
If thats a straw on the V on the left its one of the proof die vams. Hard to tell, both have marks in the area of the straw

I personally thought the one on the right (OGH) is undergraded but perhaps not. Good points about the reverse!
