Is this an FEC variety or just some anomalies?

Notice the broken C in AMERICA and the die clash? from behind the eagle's head to the wing. Or maybe it's a scratch? I found it interesting. Not sure I ever saw a broken C on a FEC before. Thanks for any input.

    I don't know anything about the FE so can't answer any question. But I found the 'line'. Just from viewing it looks like it could line up with the inside of the wreath.

    That clash mark by the eagle's head looks like it came from the standard reverse die, as opposed to one of the multi-denominational clashes known for the date.
