Is this miniature Lincoln cent made by the mint?

Obviously it isn’t real currency but I went to an antique shop for the first time today and found all these, which I think were pretty good finds, but I can’t find any information about the miniature 1977 Lincoln memorial cent. Does anyone know what it is?

@FishtailApple12 ... Welcome aboard. As above, novelties, not mint products. Cheers, RickO
