Who is going to the New Orleans PCGS Members’ Only Show?

YorkshiremanYorkshireman Posts: 4,603 ✭✭✭✭✭

Are you going to the Show this week? If so, what day?
Thursday seems to be the best day to be there as Wednesday is set up and dealers could leave early Friday.
I have been to several of these and always in New Orleans.
I would like to meet other Collector Form members…

Came close to going to this one. We have family coming in from out of town, so not this time. Always liked the NOLA member shows!

    Looks like I did!
I guess others couldn’t handle someone smarter and better looking being in the same room.

I believe the show is open to all on Wednesday. At least in the past for the LV shows it was.
Also the NewO show is thru/into Saturday with submission into Friday (but I suspect many will leave on Friday as you noted).
In LV it is Friday and sub's into Thur.

Show reports please. I like New Orleans, been there a few times - mostly business, but time to enjoy the city as well. Good food, fun in the French Quarter. Cheers, RickO

I had planned to attend the show today (Thursday). A family issue will keep me from going.
    Who did you see?
    What did you buy?

Watched part of the Legend Auctions auction. Bidder #830 bought a significant amount of the $3 Gold collection.

    @santinidollar
About 20 or so dealers were exhibiting.

That sounds about the same as the pcgs shows in LV. I have never been to one in NewO but from what I had been told about the past NewO ones (now about 3 year ago) they were a little bigger than this or the typical LV (and I do get you are making a rough estimate). But glad it worked for you.

I was there for two days. On a plane now returning back to SF. Great show. Even better location.

Kudos to PCGS. I love rotation of great cities to host the show.

    San Francisco next?
