On the obverse there is the beanie on her cap and just a bit up to the milling there is a gouge…those two things are going to hurt from a better grade, 45/50….final answer!

What @fishteeth said is what I thought at first glance. Looks like a half-guido. Other that gouge at cap top, XF.
Lettering appears normal, although the pinched rim is under the prongs and not very visible..
A closer look, I'm seeing lettering right up to the edge of the prong that covers the pinched areas, under the prong who knows but it's only about 1/2" more or less between nicely impressed letters, so I'd have to say .. ?
