Looks like a 108a.
I’d guess VF25-30
BHNC #248 … 140 and counting.
Being a 10 and their notorious weak strike details at times I'm gonna give that a range from 12-25!
Vf 20, and I like it, especially since it’s in an old small ANACS holder.
neat coin and holder. with that bisected rev, will be a simple attribution.
Yes I just never bothered to look it up.
Great coin! I like it at VF-25.

i needed to brush up. it looks like 108. i didn't see any commentary about shared dies, so unlikely to be confused with another one. a diagnostic emphasized (besides the monstrous bisecting crack along with MANY other cracks/breaks on the rev) is the "tine" off the top of the viewer's left shield (eagles' right).
this appears to be a clash to me upon looking at the CF high-res image that, as the attribution book and sites say, develops into a crack which is common among coins since the dies when making clashes are damaging each other and the structural integrity, much to our collecting delight. (except prime collectors lol)

VF 30 is the grade assigned on the small ANACS holder.
VF 30 !
Doesn't look to have the crack from OF through A and under MERICA that I can see, so it could be a 108, instead of a 108a ... either way, great DM
Nice look. I had it as a 25 by the images

My initial thought was 20. But I think I am seeing weak strike and a hint of luster deep in the protected areas. I'm going to guess VF30.
Just saw your reveal as I was typing. Looks right to me.
Looks to have the crack under America but maybe not through of.
Edit: I do see it through Of.
BHNC #248 … 140 and counting.
Maybe ... possibly ... super faint compared to the picture I pulled up of a known 108a (which shows the crack as pretty heavy, especially through OF). See PCGS 32070876
Also, the Die Chip in 50 C. (also noted for the 108a) on that specimen makes the 0 look like an upside down Q instead of the initial intersection of the two cracks as the OP's coin does (which is noticeable on most 108's I could find).

Yes. Definitely not one of the last of the variety minted but they’re there. The one under America is easy to see. Of, not so much. Does that disqualify it from Being an “a” die state? Some probably have opinions on it. If they’re there it’s good enough for me, personally.
BHNC #248 … 140 and counting.
I've had to go through several discussions on some of these States, on more than one occasion.
On second glance, I did see the line you are talking about though, so I suspect the crack may be there. That qualifies as 108a in the 3rd Edition. Hard to tell what others might say. Hopefully some will chime in.
Either way, great Die Marriage, and a nice find.

It is the O.108a. The die crack through OF is faint but can be seen. This is normal for the DM.
It’s also hard to tell on my example (more so because of the toning) but it’s definitely there…

Looks like a VF25 to me.... Lots of commerce, maybe some pocket time. Cheers, RickO
This coin illustrates the die crack that distinguishes the 108 from the 108a. See OF AMERICA.
