This is the 1814/3 coinfacts plate coin.

I messaged the seller for the fun of it. She said it was A coin left to her from her late grandfather from his attic. A coin from an attic with a trueview! Wow!

    Based on your title I thought it was a challenge. Apparently, it would be too much work for me to be lazier than that, though, so I’m out.

    It seems part of problem is eBay platform making it easy to sell 'generic' items by supplying a picture,
