    Wow. Those look amazing! I have to agree with @ricko - Blast White is best with all it's original blinding luster and the coins displayed so far are outstanding. Toners look cool, but frosty BW can be breathtaking.

    These blast white coins are a dime a dozen. Try to find lustrous light toned with nice colors, coins that have great eye appeal. Thousands of walkers, Franklin halves, Mercury dimes etc all looking similar. Little or no exciting color coins out there.

    Respectfully disagree - a really strong blast white is equally challenging to find and striving for a BW date set in something like peace dollars is not a trivial task. But I appreciate your view and opinion- thank you

    No reason if I’m out looking and see they came out of a fresh roll I’ll grab all they have if they are nice. Then toss them in my box’s. There is a RPM D/D on this one but they where just very nice coins and back then I think it was $12.ea so why not, It’s one way to park some money. They don’t get cheaper as the years go by.

    But that’s just me dumb Type2 thinking. 😉

    I agree with you. I should have said with the exception of white coins that are blazing and don’t look over dipped, but have that fresh out of a roll look.

    Yes, there are a lot of white coins out there but there are also a lot of toned coins out there as well. The problem is there are a lot of ugly white coins and a lot of ugly toned coins.
    It is equally as hard to find a blazing, shimmering, purely white coin with no haze or spotting as it is to find a coin with beautiful, vibrant eye appealing toning.
    I’m sure you will eventually realize this.

    I agree. But most white coins look average dipped out. I should have said with the exception of fresh undipped looking original out of a roll look.

    Edited to add: This was graded by our host and it is their image. While this is a common date Peso, I have never seen one with such well defined PL surfaces. While it is alittle difficult to measure the reflectivity, it is there and makes this coin a special example. It was graded MS66 for those that are curious- no PL designation
