I'm going to say no but we need a photo of the mint mark as well.
Looks like an overdate based on the inside of the upper loop of the 8.

I vote "No". The lower loop of the eight looks completely normal and round. With the overdate, you get two opposite facing half moons - a big one in the lower and a small one in the upper. Also, the loops appear off-centered with the overdate - these two are straight up and down.

No, bottom hole in 8 should be to right of top hole, not lined up straight.

Kennedys are my quest...
Strange coin. It displays the die crack above the braid, but like others have said, it doesn't have any slant at the bottom inside of the 8.
It also is missing the flat top on the 8 from the 7.
Look at my avatar and the genuine picture and compare. It's not the overdate.

Circulation hits/wear have closed the top of the 8 - agree with not an over date

The "D" always leans back on reverse not straight up and down as many show.
