09SVDB I'm sorry but I don't see the mint mark?

Also there appears to be problems with the designers initials, like the cross bar in the "B" doesn't appear to have the correct slant.
And what's being called the mint mark isn't a real looking font that would have been used, then its questionable location?

    It is a rarity. Under the blue light you can see its the previously undiscovered 19'09 apostrophe Lincoln.

    I actually messaged the seller and he claimed it was a "simple mistake", but got very defensive before finally taking it down.
