I can't get a good shot of the whole reverse with what I use. The coin has been cleaned and there's too much glare which kills the detail.
I completely understand coz my photography skills really sucks and always tend to botch it because the lower grade ones that i usually prefer (don't have deep pockets plus the missus is always breathing down my neck and keeping me in check) makes the task even more difficult.
Guess I really need to learn the art of taking good pics and polish up on the photoshop skills.
Anyways, the following pics are of my VF 35
Posting it merely to give a perspective because this thread has oodles of great info and pics
The leg was apparently removed in several polishings. I posted this one a while back titled "All 3 leggers aren't necessarily created equally." This particular die stage is quite rare.

The entire reverse is what's needed. It does have the detached feather.

From what I could see from your images I would guess it's a genuine 3 legger.

Some must have thought this one was a 3-legger - I have having my doubts . . .

That's a very crudely done alteration. I'll report it. for all the good that will do.
Amazingly there's 23 bids on this thing.
Someone just got raked for 267 bucks.
Pete
Ouch!
Wayne
Kennedys are my quest...
Damn! Only 267 bucks? That's a DEAL for a 3 legger! I feel for the poor bidiot.
