Almost looks like an O/S mintmark- any thoughts?

    To me it looks like the o/s variation, but hard to tell from that photo. I’m sure someone with more experience will chime in

    Looks more like a ding on the O to me.

    Definitely not an O/Cc

    I don’t think there is, that’s just what it looks like to me. I actually completely missed the 1900 in the title, I saw the mint mark and compared it to some images and it looks very similar, but hard to tell with a low res image

    Difficult to determine from the OP pictures, but I am familiar with the O/CC variety, and that does not appear to be one. ICBW.... Cheers, RickO
