I don’t think there is, that’s just what it looks like to me. I actually completely missed the 1900 in the title, I saw the mint mark and compared it to some images and it looks very similar, but hard to tell with a low res image

I picked up this on at Sam Sloats a while ago in their junk box, it turned out to be an o/cc.
Difficult to determine from the OP pictures, but I am familiar with the O/CC variety, and that does not appear to be one. ICBW.... Cheers, RickO
