Leo- This guy is a real piece of work! If the package is insured, then someone has to sign for the item. I guess you would have to get the return receipt for a little additional money. People need to be warned about this guy!

IT APPEARS ANOTHER CUSTOMER HAS FALLEN VICTIM, TO PEPPERDOODLES. PEOPLE REALLY SHOULD READ ABOUT THIS GUY. AND AGAIN OF HIS LAST 10 FEEDBACK ONLY 2 ARE AS SELLER. THE GUY BUYS ALOT ON E-BAY. I WONDER IF IT IS BECAUSE PEOPLE DON'T LIKE TO DEAL WITH HIM AFTER THEY GET TO KNOW HIM. THEY SHOULD MAKE A NEW CATEGORY, POWER BUYER.
