Hi, I have one cent 1990 with very interesting letters. What you will comment?
What do you find interesting?
Looks normal
I spy a big ole latent on the obv and crud on the rev. Buh bye. Peace Roy

Nothing special about the letters, though there is a small amount of machine doubling on CENT... no numismatic premium for that. Cheers, RickO
Nothing stands out to me other than a fingerprint on the obverse and what looks like corrosion or something on the reverse.
Perhaps if you were more specific in what you are referring to?
Minor strike doubling. Quite common.
I mean the letters on the reverse.
'Shadows' of letters that extend towards the rim is usually caused by die deterioration.
Collector, occasional seller
You are wasting your time and eyesight looking for "stuff" like this. It is a cent that is worth one cent.
As others have said, it looks like die deterioration caused by an overused die. It's common and adds no value.

Agree Die deterioration. Wayne
Kennedys are my quest...
