Hi guys, couldn't help but share this one with y'all. Again, while I was at work I had to open a roll of pennies to make change and found this little beauty setting smack dab in the middle of the roll. Now we get our change from the armored truck who gets it from the Treasury from my understanding. This coin for some reason was in a roll of brand new 2021 pennies from the mint. Why?

It's hard to tell in these pics but it has a very red tone
Cool, I suspect the rolling machine had different bags of stuff mixed in at different points that got stuck for a bit or came lose. Similar to off planchet errors but this time with bank rolls

Does this coin have any value in it's condition because it's almost flawless with a deep red tone. The pictures just don't do it justice. And look at the "T" in trust here.
And also the "O" in GOD had something In the middle
probably 4 or 5 red at best
Perhaps it is a 1961 Lincoln struck on a 2021 planchet. That's how it found it's way into the roll.
I do not think your roll of cents came from the mint.... Likely a post mint facility. Still, a surprise in a roll of 2021 cents. I do not think it merits slabbing. Cheers, RickO
