This coin looks right to me but I'm not super big into major errors. Does this look right?

For me, too much raised detail from first strike.

The rotation is not the same on both sides.
All comments reflect the opinion of the author, even when irrefutably accurate.
Here's a double struck for comparison.
The relief from the first strike should be mostly flattened by the second, with details being flattened down, except for design elements in areas where the second strike has very deep relief.
Looks bad.
What I feel is a straight demonstration of waffling a coin.
Many ways to do this but using a vice is the most common.
There is a YouTube video out demonstrating the process.

My impression is it is a manufactured error...not of mint origin. The images do not align, particularly on the reverse.... Would like to hear @FredWeinberg's opinion. Cheers, RickO
The over strike is with false dies – it’s a fake double strike
I agree with Fred, it's a fake. Genuine host coin, false dies for the overstrike.
