What thread? I wouldn’t have opened this one but since you asked
You are not alone.
I wouldn’t know where to start.
I looked at the first 150 or so posts. Haven't been back since. Same percentage with the Hansen thread.
I'm pretty sure I've been there, once or twice upon a time. RIP, @MFH.
No.

I must admit, I haven't looked either.
Why should we care who gives Michael F. Hayes his hair cuts?

Morning blessed coffee🤠. Nope opened up for the first time 🙀
🎶 shout shout, let it all out 🎶
No, I never have.... Cheers, RickO
I haven’t either. And who the heck has time to go through 9k plus posts? Imagine all the BS&T posts you’d miss out on.

It took me a minute to get it. Funny!!!
No
Barbers. The single most boring series in American numismatics. Maybe even the world.
I'd rather have the highest registry set for post-1982 circulated Lincolns.
So to answer the question: No. I have not opened that thread.
--Severian the Lame
Probably.
No, I haven't either.
bob
You got a problem with my Lincolns
I guess it could be worse.
I've never opened it, either. It has taken on a life of its own.
But with all those posts I have to wonder what's going on in there. Are they giving something away?
I don't believe I have either, I don't do much with Barbers...
My YouTube Channel
I have been viewing it since before the title changed.
I haven’t.
I haven’t in awhile, but I think it’s great to have a thread honoring MFH. He was a passionate collector and readily shared his journey here. It is sad he’s no longer with us.
"Got a flaming heart, can't get my fill"
I open it occasionally. Lots of nice pictures of people’s new purchases of Barber coinage.
Mr_Spud
Shockingly, there were TWO prequel threads that each ran for years. But on the old platform they were too slow to open with all the nutritious Barber Photos so this latest one was created.
Midway through Thread 2 a few of us were clamoring to start a new one and we nominated Mike to do it.
LOOK AT THIS! It won’t hurt.

No I have not
I check every week. Last week I pulled a second-place ticket and won a 72-inch HD flat-screen TV in their free raffle giveaway!!
I visit it from time to time, even though I'm not especially interested in Barbers. There are some great coins, in that thread, and its namesake was a great person and passionate collector.
Sometimes, it’s better to be LUCKY than good. 🍀 🍺👍

I think I did years ago. I can't recall anymore. Not that big a fan of barbers. A thread that long on a topic I don't love likely wouldn't hold my interest.
Only after he passed away....As a memorial visitation. RIP MFH.

Probably 2,000 times. Maybe a Top 5 thread?
RIP MikeH
Dave
I suspect those who don't care for Barbers don't open it.
I visit the thing every so often. Those who are passionate about the series are really hooked on them. Kudos to them.
I don't care for Barber coinage and I haven't opened it.
No interest in the series but I do find Barber Proof coins to be appealing.

I'm not a Barber collector, but I've opened it a few times - there are lots of nice coins posted.
I applaud the Barber collectors for keeping the thread going for their departed friend. It is a nice tribute to MFH and I like to see it still going.
I open the MFH Barber thread as much as I open the Seated Liberty thread... a couple of times a month, or so. Whereas I don't collect Barbers as a series, there are a lot if super nice coins in that thread and its definitely worth a look if you're collecting pieces for a type set. Everything from high end MS coins to Everyman coins .. I like it!!

What thread🤪
There can be only one,,,,,,,,,,,
I never knew there was so much hate for barbers!
I like quarters in general and mid-grade barbers are relatively affordable compared to my first love (seated). Though I always thought Ms. Liberty looked like a dude.
I view it once a week or so and have contributed to it.
I have not.
Not once.
I have never looked at it.
Like Pandora's Box. Once you look you can't look away....
I've never opened it.

I opened it once when it was made a Memorial thread but not since. Not my jam.

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
