I left home for the drive to Dalton at daylight. Breakfast was the Hardee's drive thru. I arrived at the show 25 minutes after the 10 AM opening. I had planned to arrive a little late to avoid standing in the registration line. It did not work. There were about 20 people in line ahead of me.

I first said hello to Darrell. We talked about Barber coins a little. Moving around the floor I looked at an 1801 and 1820 Large Cent. I am very particular about Large Cents. I did not like either one so I passed. Also looked at 2 PCGS Dahlonega $2 1/2 in 40 and 45 in old holders. I did not think that they would fit in my type set so I passed. Saw an 1859 Indian Cent that was so close to what I wanted. Looked at a few coins at Liz's table.

Saw a beautiful 1868 Half Dime in PCGS PF 66 DCAM! There was also a 1792 Half Disme in PCGS AG Details damaged on the floor. Thought about a 1793 Liberty Cap Large Cent in PCGS G-6 CAC but thought it was priced too high.

For Ricko... 90 % was priced at 20x, recent Silver Eagles were $37 and circ. common date Peace Dollars and 1921 Morgans were $29.

One dealer was counting out a large group of Eisenhower Dollars that he was selling to a customer for $1.10.

There were about 15 tables that were sold but the dealers did not show up. Covid I am sure. I have never seen more than 2-3 vacant tables at this show before now.

The concession area had dinner plates of a meat, potato, vegetable, roll and soft drink for $8.50! They have the best deal on the coin show circuit.

After several hours at the show I decided to head for home. The trip was uneventful until I was almost home. I was going through a 25 MPH School Zone. There was a guy on a scooter driving in the bike lane going way faster than 25. There was an unmarked Police car in front of me. He lit them up and pulled the clown over.

Although I did not buy anything I enjoyed myself. I have been to 4 major shows in 6 weeks. It is now time to give the old wagon a rest.
