That looks like a business strike, with a mintage in excess of 500,000,000 and which would have a value of just 10 cents. It is the specially made Proof examples, which are rare and valuable. Here's a Proof, for comparison to your coin:

What a coincidence that the current dime photos are also conveniently out of focus - except that it is still apparent that the date is 1973. Not that anyone would mistake it for a proof, in any case.
Looks like someone is trying to pull something, but is just really, really bad at it.

I’m inclined to think the mint took 1973 dies accidentally in 1975 to mint these. Probably a silver planchet as well.

I didn't even know that was possible, and in any case I don't know what purpose that serves here. I guess it prevents people from viewing the user's past nonsense posts, and maybe that is the reason.
