That's not true of silver eagles. They are the most widely collected modern coin by a longshot.
If it’s a new limited quantity mint product, then it’s true.

You said there are "no collectors", that is prima facie untrue. Even if there is a lot of flipping and speculating going on, there are probably more silver eagle collectors than Morgan $ collectors.
