  The coin appears to be genuine, but better pictures would be needed for authentication.
  The slab holder is a generic affair with no brand name. So it is not PCGS, and doesn't purport to be PCGS either.

  However, the seller's item specifics do state that the certification is "PCGS". So the auction could be reported for that.

  I reported the listing for using a numeric grade from an unauthorized grading company. The pictures are so crummy I don't think it is possible to say whether the coin is authentic or not with any certainty. Whether it is an authentic coin or not is kind of irrelevant since it is in violation of ebay's listing policies either way.

  Looks like an ICG label (reverse picture)..... I would not bid on it.... Cannot determine coin authenticity, but I do not like what I do see....Listing should be pulled. Cheers, RickO
