bought this coin for my collection

The 1974-D DDO-001 is the best doubled die in the series IMO. It's better than the various tripled and quadrupled dies.

I have an identically graded one. It's a nice early die state from a Mint set.

Nice addition... Is it part of a Kennedy half set? I did a set for a while....stopped when I quit buying mint sets, somewhere around 2007 or 08. Cheers, RickO

Found one while I was CRHunting. Sent it out, it came back "cleaned XF". To me, that was ok. At least I can say I have one in my inventory.

Oh, sorry guys, this was a "NO FG" Variety. My brain.
